Outstanding Service- Kids are our customers too! We strive to make all children feel welcome and at ease when shopping with us. We also provide a family-friendly atmosphere. We are a family tradition, owned and operated by three generations. Over 25 years of experience in the school uniform industry have contributed greatly to our knowledge of uniform programs. We have always worked to reinforce every school’s dress code policy. If we inadvertently sell a parent an unapproved item, we will correct it, no questions asked.
Great Value- We carry both new and refurbished merchandise, with high quality items at great prices! Our refurbished section helps make budgeting easier by providing lower cost options. Our Recycling Program allows parents to recycle outgrown uniform items. A Recycling Program instead of consignment means that parents don’t have to wait for their items to sell in order to receive in-store credit for their items.
Community Involvement- We have established a program by which schools can confidentially recommend families for school uniform assistance. Our customers have been generous in their contributions to this program, allowing it to become a reality. Your school administrator or counselor is encouraged to alert us concerning families with special hardships and needs.
Staying Connected- We have a variety of different avenues by which we stay in touch with our customers and their respective schools. As part of our effort to reinforce school dress codes, we update our records directly through the schools every year to keep up with any changes in those policies. We inform our customers by direct mail, flyer distribution and email whenever there is a sale or special event. Custom Alterations- Over 35 years of tailoring experience means that we can outfit almost any child, even those with special needs. School policy is reinforced when uniform items fit well and conform to length requirements.
User Friendly- We are open extended hours during the peak back-to-school time to accommodate busy parents. We are open six days a week all year round. We offer no-fee layaway, and we accept personal checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also provide a large, fully stocked sales floor that is wheelchair accessible for easy shopping. Parents can browse the racks at their leisure to find just what they are looking for, or shop with the help of our polite and knowledgeable staff.
