Uniform Buy-Back Program FAQs

How do I bring in my uniforms to sell back?: Bring your gently used school uniform items in clean and on hangers. You may bring items in any time during normal store hours.
What can I receive for my used uniforms?: We give in-store credit for all items, including jumpers, skirts, sweaters, and blazers.
Will you buy everything I bring in?: We reserve the right to refuse any item based on brand, condition, or inventory needs. Items must be part of a current school uniform program in the Tulsa area.
How do you determine what my item is worth?: Items are individually inspected. Each item will be graded Excellent, Moderate, Fair, or Does Not Pass. Item value is based on the condition as a percentage of original retail price. You can receive from 5% to 25% of an item's original retail price.
How many items may I bring in at one time?: During the slower season of October through June, processing may be done by drop off or while you wait. There is a 10 item maximum per visit for while-you-wait. During the back to school season of July through September, there is no guarantee of while-you-wait processing. Up to 10 items may be left with us for processing after hours.
How long will inspection of my items take before I receive credit or cash?: From October to June, items are inspected within 10 business days. During the back-to-school season, buy-backs will be completed within 4 weeks.
How do I get my cash or credit?: When your items have been inspected, we will call you for your approval. At that time, we will let you know how much you will have in credit. If you approve the amounts, we will process your credit, to remain on file for 2 years. If you choose, we will issue a gift card for the amount of credit, which you may use yourself, sell, give to a friend, or donate to your school.
What if I don't approve the amount?: If approval is not available because we can't get in touch with you after three attempts, the items will be processed for in-store credit only. If we contact you and you don't agree with the amount, we will work with you, or you are welcome to pick up your items during regular store hours.
